Le premier semestre 2023 a été marqué par la confirmation d’une crise de la construction induite par des mesures gouvernementales défavorables comme la fin de la loi Pinel, la hausse des taux d’intérêt ou encore les difficultés d’accès au crédit impactant lourdement les constructions neuves pour l’habitat collectif comme individuel. Paradoxalement, le marché de la rénovation se maintient bien, la réglementation lui étant nettement favorable. A un moment où décarboner est l’enjeu, la rénovation décarbone par le réemploi des structures et des matériaux tout en numérisant la régulation avec des objectifs clairs à la clé.
L’activité au premier semestre bien que non chiffrée, est clairement positive selon les associations et syndicats de la profession. Certains estiment cette croissance à un chiffre liée à une inflation estimée à 8 % impactée par les coûts en hausse du fret des matières premières.
Mais la tendance positive globale devrait se poursuivre particulièrement si l’on ajoute, une forte prise de conscience des questions énergétiques de la part des citoyens, des consommateurs, des usagers et notamment des jeunes générations, influenceurs clairs du marché.
Pour rappel, le décret BACS fixe, depuis avril 2023 à 70 kW le nouveau seuil obligatoire pour l’installation d’une GTB et ce dès 2027, à tous les bâtiments tertiaires autour de 1 000 m². De plus il est prévu de mettre en place une inspection obligatoire des GTB au maximum tous les cinq ans, et dans les deux ans qui suivent l’installation ou le remplacement d’un des systèmes techniques reliés à la GTB. L’objectif énergétique restant de construire à long terme une spirale vertueuse des consommations comme des échanges qu’ils soient “building to grid“ ou “vehicule to grid“
La 13ème édition d’IBS, s’affirme comme le “QG“ des tendances du bâtiments connectés, plus que jamais utile pour trouver des réponses concrètes aux défis à relever sur tout le cycle de vie des bâtiments connectés ainsi que sur ses interactions avec la mobilité en intégrant des technologies numériques dont certaines de rupture comme l’IA avec pour objectifs : sobriété et confort.

Dans ce contexte l’édition 2023 s’annonce riche comme passionnante avec cette année toujours cinq cycles de conférences qui devraient captiver les nombreux congressistes attendus cette année :
1-Cycle gestion de l’énergie et décarbonation du bâtiment
Cycle phare depuis 2021, il abordera cette année aussi bien la question des stratégies écoresponsables d’un smart building tout au long de son cycle de vie que l’aspect sobriété énergétique du CCTP à l’exploitation. On parlera également stockage d’énergie, ENR, autoconsommation, BEPOS et bien sûr le rôle crucial d’un nouvel acteur : l’energy manager !
2- Cycle innovations, tendances et nouvelles technologies
C’est le cycle “tech“ d’IBS cette année, plus que jamais l’IA dont la monté en puissance rapide bouleverse l’analyse des données et reconfigure notre manière d’interagir avec les machines. Les autres grandes tendances enrichiront le cycle comme l’éclairage intelligent sans oublier le rôle grandissant de la mobilité électrique dans ses interactions avec le bâtiment (IRVE, GRID,..) présent sur le salon avec le village E-MOBILITES by IBS. Enfin, contexte aidant, la notion de rétrofit sera largement exposée.
3- Approche Services, datas et sécurité
Dans ce cycle, il sera bien sûr question de cybersécurité comme de gouvernance des milliards de datas générées par un SB. Un point sur les protocoles, toujours au centre des préoccupations pratiques des congressistes intègrera le cycle. Les aspects techniques des nouveaux décrets comme la mise en œuvre du BOS, (Building Operating System) seront l’objet de passionnants moments avec de nombreux retours d’expérience.
4- Mise en œuvre : applications, marchés, compétences & énergie
Cycle particulièrement centré sur la montée en compétence par la formation des équipes en vue de la maintenance des systèmes numériques de régulation, c’est aussi toute l’organisation de la maintenance qui interroge.
5- IOT et connectivité du bâtiment
Cycle IoT dont la première édition a été mise en place en 2022 et a rencontré un beau succès, il devrait permettre un éclairage nouveau sur les thèmes propres à l’internet des objets appliqués aux bâtiments connectés. La problématique de l’IoT confronté aux protocoles de l’existant donnera l’occasion de débats animés entre fabricants et installateurs.
Côté Smart City by IBS, le cycle de conférence de la 9ème édition s’annonce lui aussi prometteur
Cinq cycles de conférences orientés city permettront de faire le point sur les technologies et les moyens disponibles pour :
cycle A : Résilience des espaces urbains
cycle B : Mobilité et gestion numérique.
cycle C: Mobilité électrique, problématique et solutions dans la ville connectée
cycle D : RSE et citoyenneté
cycle E : La ville connectée face aux risques (cyber, changement climatique,...)

IBS, SMART CITY et E-MOBILITE devraient accueillir 7000 visiteurs dont 4000 congressistes attendus par plus de 150 exposants sur 2 jours, le smart building et la smart city seront donc à l’honneur au parc des expositions de la Porte de Versailles les 17 et 18 octobre prochains.
